SANCTIFIED (14) doesn't know how to run a bad race and gets the economical run from the low draw here. Had to work hard early and never surrendered in the straight with a game third over 6 ½f at this track. Back slightly in trip and shapes as a solid top-three player. EXIT FEE (15) strengthened over the break and all four runs in Highway class this prep have been sound. Proven at this level and maps well over his preferred trip. Will be strong late. COUPLES RETREAT (12) saluted at this track two runs back, then jumped in weight and failed to close off when eighth over 5 ½f at this track. Looking for the 6f now and expected to go close with the good weight drop. STAGNUM (16) back from a lengthy spell and has a lethal fresh record. Rounded up inferior opposition first-up to score over 6 ½f at Randwick Kensington last October. Back with the two trials and Tyler Schiller sticks. Respect.
