AU - Rockhampton - Race 6

The lightly raced I CAN HELP (4) has impressed in both runs this prep, each time over 5f at Toowoomba. Came from next to last to collect his maiden first-up then again gave away a start before closing strongly to get up for second in a BM60 for three-year-olds. Meets a better field this time but is still improving and looks up to the task. INNOVADER (8) returned to form last time out, showing pace then digging deep to be beaten under a length over 6 ½f at Mackay. Is a winner here at this distance. Poses the greatest threat. MISS FUNNY HONEY (3) was ridden more aggressively last start and only faltered in the dying stages over today's trip at the Sunshine Coast. Very fit and should be in the thick of things. NEXT LEGACY (6) last raced over 6f four runs back when beaten 0.5 lengths here in a similar race to this. Beautifully in after the claim so must be considered. BITTER SPIRIT (2) resumes. Placed at both first-up appearances. Ready to make a positive return.
