This is another step-up again, but he gets some weight relief and has been kept on the fresh side for the shorter sprint. The hat-trick beckons. KAI MONDO (3) won here three back and has missed a whisker his last two in decent races. Has a handy 7lbs claim today and he is a threat. KING SPIRIT (4) didn't have the best of it at the Sunshine Coast but rates well off the narrow defeat there prior. He also has a 7lbs claimer on today and that brings him right into it. PRETTY SLICK (6) resumes and flies fresh. Has a 4lbs claim and the blinkers on again. She won't be far away.
