AU - Pinjarra - Race 7

GOLDEN KATHLEEN (1) flew home once again to just miss over the mile at Belmont last time out. That effort rates highly in this field and Riordan's 7lbs claim comes in handy again. Draws nicely down low and she can go one better this time around. RECONNAISSANCE (4) led them up over the mile at this course last time out, beaten 1.8L. Fiore hops in the saddle this time and Fiore reunites with the gelding. Racing well without winning his past couple and he won't be far away. PLAYING QUEST (3) was just too fat back to threaten first-up in a stronger race at Ascot. There have been 2 winners out of that race from just 2 subsequent starters. Easier here with Chris Parnham reuniting and his second-up record is super. This looks to set up nicely for him. TOO MUCH TALK (2) can sit closer this time around and is not to be discounted on his recent form. PRECIOUS GOD (7) is third-up now and can feature in the finish.
