Verdict

LETS TAKE A CHANCE (1) looks a nice gelding on the way up, running over the top to score impressively at Bunbury last time out at his first try past a mile. He looks a nice middle distance horse on the rise and the form behind him has been franked. Can continue to win his way through the grades. ACQUIRED TASTE (5) hasn't been far away in recent efforts, drawing wide last time and ending up 1.3L off Sisu Spirit. Pike sticks with her today though in a race that looks to work out similarly, albeit right back in grade. Wouldn't surprise to see her raise the bar now. BARNEY ROMMEL (2) is hard to knock on recent form and steps from 7f straight to 1 ?m. His past two efforts have been promising however and he makes plenty of appeal. GRANDAD'S ADICTION (9) is better than he showed last time out and coming back to this track and trip is a good sign. AWESOME FORCE (3) won't be far away on his recent form.
