MIDNIGHT AFFAIR (7) settled towards the rear and was very one-paced over 1 m at Moruya last time. Has never raced beyond 1 ?m in her 27-start career but it looks the right option now. TAVIJEWEL (9) is racing well including an even effort to finish third over 1 ?m at Dubbo last Monday. Will be strong through the line when others might be raising the white flag. WILL TO EXCEL (1) and JOSHUA (11) both whacked away in the same race as Tavijewel at Dubbo seven days ago, finishing fourth and fifth respectively. Dour stayers who should be thereabouts again.
