HOYA DESTROYER (2) is knocking on the door of his maiden victory, finishing 1.5L off the winner when settling a long way back. He should be able to settle much closer this time around from a better gate and his recent ratings stack right up in this field. Can shed the maiden tag. VEXATIOUS ROSE (8) flew home from the back as a 20-1 chance at Belmont last time out, finishing 3.1L off the winner. Can land in a better spot today from a favourable barrier and she looks to have good ability. Can improve now third-up and make her presence felt. RIBELLATO (1) gets the visors on today following a 4.9L defeat at this track last time out. Been freshened since that effort and if he can find the front, he'll be hard to mow down. INVINCIBLE THIEF (6) will be fitter for a couple of trials coming in and this looks a nice spot for her first-up. DELICATE WARRIOR (3) disappointed in his only run last campaign and can bounce back.
