Verdict

ART SESSION (1) was well-backed last start, jumping the $1.90 favourite and making every post a winner. His form reads well for a race of this calibre and he should be able to find the front again from a nice barrier. He continues to improve and if he runs up to his recent performance, he can go back-to-back. DIAMOND DANCER (7) just missed last start at Bunbury when just feeling the pinch late in the race. She'll be fitter for that performance and the inside barrier should help her cause as well. Can go one better. THE MIGHTY BELL (8) got the job done by 0.3L down the Pinjarra straight last start and can go to another level again third-up. She maps to get her chance and there's no reason why she can't raise the bar again third-up. THE TOP BAR (2) can feature on resumption with Pike in the saddle from a good gate. DESERT DANCING (9) was good from the back on resumption and can improve now with CJP in the irons.
