AU - Newcastle - Race 3

EASIEST CHOICE (2) has not appeared since finishing a distant third on debut over 6f at this track in July. Won a recent Warwick Farm trial impressively. Kicks off over a slightly longer trip this prep which is an ideal scenario. DIVINE TIMING (6) made it two minor placings from as many appearances when he chased Watson all the way at Kembla over this trip but was no match for the Waterhouse/Bott galloper. Ideally drawn and won't find one as smart this time so she gets her chance. THE IRON STAR (4) returns after a 20-week spell. Led but was nailed late when resuming over this trip at Goulburn last time in work. Yet to prove himself on a dry track but that doubt aside he looks ready to make a bright return again. TENDI (7) returned to form last start with an eye-catching second over 5 ¾f at the Beaumont track. Has had plenty of chances but over more ground today he might be hard to hold out.
