ARTHUR PARK (7) settled midfield then picked up nicely in the run home to finish third on debut over 6 ¼f at this track. Gets blinkers on today so expect Mitchell Bell to fire him up and race handy from the inside gate. Great chance to open his account. CADMEAN (10) went back to last from a wide gate then closed in good style without threatening on debut recently over 6 ¼f here. Was only 0.4 lengths off Arthur Park that do so from a better gate he could easily turn the tables. LANDING GEAR (3) produced a real eye-catcher on debut last time out over this distance at Hawkesbury, closing hard to be beaten under a length. Should relish the longer run home at this circuit. Serious chance. HIDDEN NEWS (4) appreciated the step up in distance last start when facing the starter for just the second time, rallying late to get up for second over this course and distance. In the mix with a repeat of that effort. RAIN DELAY (2) impressed on debut at Rosehill and is right in contention.
