TROPICAL SUN (1) ran on strongly from the back last start at York to be 0.4L off the winner last time out. The slight rise in trip looks a good move, and Cheung rode him very well last start with the 7lbs claim. Big chance to go one better, particularly if he can jump with them. QUICK AS SILVER (2) was just 0.7L away last start in a CL1 at Bunbury and that form makes for good reading in this. He was a 20-1 pop but still ran a strong figure and drops right back in grade today. The 7lbs claim comes in handy and he's expected to be in the finish. BONNY ROCK (7) boasts a strong third-up record and looks primed for a big run following a 1.9L defeat last start at Geraldton. Can land midfield once again and with improvement expected, she makes plenty of appeal. GREY REVOLUTION (4) got the job done in maiden grade last start and can build on that performance. I'M EUGENE (9) wasn't beaten far last start and the drop in trip may be the key.
