SEA OF CLOUDS (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.5 lengths over 7f at this track after being in contention on the turn. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and three minor placings. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. ARABIAN RAIN (6) is back after a break of seven months. Looking to emulate his win at this track when returning from a spell last prep. Has switched to the Takashi Mizuno stable. Has ability and should be right in the finish. MARUNO ANNA (7) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 3 lengths starting at $3.80. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. MOZU MASTERPIECE (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at this track, beaten 9 lengths into seventh. No surprise to see him in the mix.
