Winning rider Nakano Kazuma sticks. Sure to run well. RHIPSALIS (3) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only a head from the winner at the end of 7 ½f. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SOUND CONNECT (12) is returning from a spell of nine weeks. Finished seventh at Kyoto over 1m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Yuta Sato. Among the better hopes while fresh. OSMANTHUS (1) was out of the money first-up but has since placed two on end and looks close to a win, the latest effort a third. Backmarker who gets home hard. Not to be discounted.
