Fitter for that outing and is a great chance to break his maiden status. SUGINO PEGASUS (6) returns from a spell of six months and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished 15th at Tokyo Dirt over 1m when first-up last time in work. Definite winning chance this line-up. YAMAWAKE (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on November 13, finishing tenth and beaten 8 lengths over 5f at Monbetsu. Has switched to the Takayuki Yamashita stable over the break. Has a strong record at this distance with a win and three minor placings from four starts and is capable of going well. WHITE ASH (9) hasn't been far away since a maiden win four runs back, the latest effort a third over 7f at Saga on December 21. Sure to be about the money.
