HE ALSO HAS A RECENT EDGE OVER RIKO STECHKINA (12), who remains a major danger on her season form and deep record at this track and distance, though she was well held when third behind Narino Dream. GAURA THUNDER (11) resumes from a long break but brings strong venue and distance credentials, plus a close third two runs back before ending last campaign below his best. BAOXUE TENSHI (6) has to be considered after winning at Morioka Dirt two back and owning three wins at around 7f, although the last-start favourite defeat at Mizusawa leaves her more as a place-leaning winning chance.
