MEINER SCHLACHT (8) brings the clearest winning platform after putting away Zephyria by three lengths in a C2 at Kanazawa. That win had substance in both margin and manner, and with Takayuki Yano taking the ride he is entitled to hold favouritism despite coming to this venue for the first time. MARGOT LICK (12) resumes off a plain tenth at Fukushima Dirt, but he is lightly raced, now with Kazuo Watanabe, and his profile has enough stable upside to rate a serious threat. ARES TELEIOS (13) also returns from a break with poor Mdn figures on paper, yet the Tsubasa Sasagawa booking and Naoyuki Matoba yard give him a stronger setup than his form line suggests. CARIBBEAN DANCER (3) has been safely held at Nagoya lately, but her 1m record is sound enough and she is the most reliable place-to-win alternative among the selections.
