Verdict

SCRATCH CLUTCH (1) was allowed to drift back from a low draw last time then found the line strongly to score a gutsy half a length win at this track over 1m. Ideally placed to feature again. TOIRO (6) is a promising type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Races well here and looks a definite danger again. COSMO SAITES (4) turned in a fine effort to win by half a length at today's course and distance last start which was an improvement on the first-up run. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done again. SCHTRADIUS (7) resumes after a break of four-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate his debut win over 7f at this track to kick off last prep. Makes plenty of appeal.
