SOUND COURAGE (3) is a strong first-up performer who resumes after a break of 12 weeks. Was in top form before a spell with two straight wins, the latest over 7f at this track. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Expecting a bold showing. AFRO PRINCE (4) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is right in contention. EPI LE CIEL (7) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling in a rearwards position and failing to make an impact when ninth over 6f at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. KITANO RYAN (11) was safely held last time when beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth at today's course and distance. Has a wide gate to contend with again. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Not to be discounted.
