SATONO EMPIRE (11) had been racing okay but he was safely held last time out when sixth over 1m at this track. Winning rider Wada Joji stays aboard. Best form puts him right in this. JUSTIN POWER (7) finished fourth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by half a length after being in the firing line on the turn over 1m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to cope. SOUTH VILLE STELLA (13) finished seventh in a 1m contest at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Can improve.
