Verdict

CLOSELY finished behind a trio of rivals that are now rated appreciably higher by Timeform in a 6f maiden at Cork in June and is an appealing candidate in an ordinary-looking race, especially with her pedigree strongly pointing towards further improvement. Slaney View showed promise on both her starts last spring and should be suited by the step up to 6f, while newcomer Focaccia makes appeal on paper and needs a close look in the betting.

Showed more than first time up when fourth of 10 in maiden (20/1) at Cork (6f, good) in June and highly likely there's more to come based on her pedigree.
