INFINITE RESOLVE (10) gets top billing after two solid runs this campaign, finishing third beaten half a length and then fourth behind Sky Jewellery after having to wait for clear running at the top of the straight. He is race-fit and looks ready to convert that consistency. ROMANTIC THOR (5) resumes as the main danger, with his Happy Valley seventh before the break better than it reads after he had no clear running, while his prior C1 placing at this track reads wiell. Trialling nicely and can return with a bang. DEFINITIVE (7) brings the winning form, having beaten Talents Ambition by just over two lengths at Sha Tin Aw, and his record at this distance is a genuine asset. REGAL GEM (11) has been running well at odds, staying on for fifth behind Sky Jewellery after a previous third at this track, and profiles as a capable threat if he lifts slightly second-up.
