SPIRITED STEED (6) gets the nod after a couple of placings here either side of the season break. Purton remains in the saddle and the form out of his fresh run has already been franked. Lightly raced and still having plenty of upside, he can notch up his maiden victory. LIGHT YEARS GLORY (2) is the obvious danger after beating Virtus Glory here last start as favourite. The wide draw doesn't hurt his chances with his racing pattern and it wouldn't surprise to see him bring up back-to-back wins. KA YING RADIANCE (10) resumes with a favourable draw and brings a near-miss two starts ago, so his best form is good enough if he returns switched on. LAKESHORE HERO (14) has produced consecutive seconds, gets sharp weight relief from his latest 134lbs assignment, and remains a genuine winning chance despite the wider draw.
