WINNING OVATION (3) was solid in G3's at the end of last campaign, missing as an odds-on pop two back before a 2.3L defeat before the break. Purton gave him a quiet steer coming into this and remains on board for his resuming effort. Maps to get every chance and can return with a bang. SIX PACK (4) won well two back before a 1.8L defeat in G3 company as he stormed home from the back of the pack. He's trialled nicely coming into this and Teetan sticks from that trial. Can land just off the speed and make his presence felt in the straight. INVINCIBLE SHIELD (2) usually needs a run to come to hand, though he draws the inside and wasn't disgraced in a G3 when fresh last campaign. Sure to tbe in the finish. SOLEIL FIGHTER (1) can fire across to the front with Yuen's claim and be tough to run down.
