Verdict

GOOD CHAP (4) couldn't bring up the hat-trick last time out when beaten 3.3L in a disappointing performance as favourite here. He's since had a quiet trial under Atzeni where he moved well. Will need a touch of luck from the barrier, but if he can find a spot then he can bounce back to winning ways. FUN N FUN TOGETHER (3) comes through the same race and trial as Good Chap where he beat him home on both occasions. Purton now hops on board, replacing the apprentice hoop and he's won 2/5 when on board. Can roll across and be tough to catch. NATURAL HIGH (2) sat handy and got the job done as a $18 chance last time out and should get every chance again from an inside barrier. Maps beautifully and can repeat the dose without surprising. MAPOGO (8) gets weight off today with Wong's claim and his latest trial on this surface was superb. Expecting sharp improvement.
