BLAZING WIND (5) hasn't been far away in recent events and now gets Purton in the saddle, who is unbeaten when partnering this gelding. He'll be well positioned from the barrier after not having much luck from the inside draw last time out. Can get into the clear at the right time and return to winning ways. AURORA PATCH (3) settled close last start from the wide draw and wasn't beaten far at this track and trip. Bowman remains in the irons and he won't have to work as hard from the better draw today.
