SOUTH STAR (2) jumped a $1.80 chance here last start when getting the job done very comfortably by 0.8L. He's since had a nice trial under Purton who remains in the saddle today. Will need a touch of luck from the draw, but suspect we haven't seen the best of him just yet. Can bring up back-to-back wins. SOLID WIN (10) has flown home in both runs this time in, finishing 1.3L away most recently in this grade at Sha Tin. He's trialled nicely since then and steps up to 1 m again today. He maps for a better run and the rise in trip looks ideal. Can feature in the finish. FANTASTIC FUN (11) made it back-to-back wins over this course and distance last start when getting there right on the post. He drops 12lbs today for the rise in grade, but he has progressed nicely this season. Can bring up the hat-trick without surprising. SUPER UNICORN (12) was back to winning ways last time out and can feature with no weight on his back.
