Verdict

ROYAL ACCLAMATION has been runner-up twice and is bred for middle distances, so can go one better despite looking a bit quirky when second at Haydock 15 days ago. Iron Curtain showed plenty of ability when faring best of newcomers on debut at Salisbury and should improve for this longer trip, while Donegan won impressively on debut at Kempton and is open to progress.
