Well placed, and there is no reason he cannot take this out. APOTHEOSIS (8) resumed over 7f at Newcastle All Weather last start and was too good for his rivals. He makes his local debut and can repeat the dose. GUN CARRIAGE (5) finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade, so he is one of the main each-way contenders. ZANDVOORT (4) was in the money at each run this time in before scoring over 1m at this track last time. He has the gate speed to take up a forward position, and will again take some pegging back.
