Verdict

IDYLLIC deserved plenty of credit when winning over C&D on penultimate start and having been found out upped in class last time, she can make the most of the drop in grade on return to this track. Whatacracker again gave his running when third at Beverley in May and should be thereabouts while Chillhi could be a danger to all if the headgear has the same effect second time around.

Idyllic silk

Raced up with a strong pace when winning over C&D on second start for current connections. Found out in better company last time but looks interesting back down in class/returned to this venue.

C&D winner remains with a sole win but underlined his consistency when creditable third of 9 in handicap at Beverley (9.9f, good) 38 days ago. Cheekpieces he wore that day are retained and should be in the mix again.

Chillhi (Ire) silk

Went with more zest in a first-time visor but paid for it late on when respectable second of 7 in handicap at Newmarket (16f, good to firm) 9 days ago. Capable of running a big race back down in trip if headgear has same impact.
