BH - Bahrain Sakhir - Race 4

MERCANTILE (5) arrives off a convincing maiden win over 1m at Kempton Park All Weather and looks a progressive type with plenty of upside. That form will stack up nicely for his first run in the Middle-East, and he is the one to beat. QALAA (7) resumes after 7 months away, having finished second over 1m on the classic course here last time out. He also placed first-up at this track last campaign, making him a strong each-way chance. NATIONAL INTEREST (3) was below his best when eighth over 7f on the classic course here on April 17, finishing not far from the winner. He should be competitive and this looks a suitable target. ALMONAADY (2) returns after 9 months off, having scored by a neck when last seen. That gives him a genuine chance if he picks up where he left off.
