SOME MAGIC (5) has raced just once for a win by 21 metres over 1 ?m at Melton on August 1 after leading at the bell as the $1.15 favourite. Sure to prove hard to beat on his return. ISTHISTHEREALLIFE (6) opened her career in the best possible manner three weeks ago, scoring by 7 metres over 1 ¹/16m at Ararat when leading all of the way as the hot favourite. Stepping up a level this time but she is better for that last hit-out and good enough to take this out. ONE GOLDEN DEAL (10) is also high on the list of contenders despite a tough draw. Best form measures up favourably in this line-up so just needs a bit of luck to go her way. HELLAVA DEAL (11) is in the mix at her third run back after a good win over 1m at Charlton a week-and-a-half ago after racing outside the leader at the bell.
