MACH DAN (7) led last time out and finished second in a nice progression over 1 ?m at Melton, beaten 2.75 metres. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. TRIEDTOTELLYA (4) saluted two runs back then registered a commanding win last start, scoring by 9 metres over 1 ?m at Launceston when sent out as the hot favourite.. It doesn't get any easier but he is good enough to take this out. STAR MAJOR (3) has been thereabouts of late and is a great chance to break through. Good effort last time out when he finished fifth at Carrick over 1 5/16m. MAGNETIC TERROR (10) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.
