YAWOMA (6) finished third last start over 1 5/16m at Northam, beaten 2.5 metres, after scoring at the previous appearance over 1 5/16m at Wagin. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he has the ability to mix it with them. KEPTAIN COURAGEOUS (3) was responsible for a good effort at his latest appearance to get home by a narrow margin over 1 5/16m at Northam on September 18. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. It doesn't get any easier but he is good enough to take this out. STRAUNY (1) is in the mix following a sixth at his most recent appearance over 1 5/16m at Northam. BRONZED (2) was safely held last time out at the second run back from a spell. Open to plenty of improvement with a good draw assisting his chances.
