POPPY POPSTAR (2) was out of the money two runs back at Bendigo then was at her best last start to score by 2 metres over 1 5/16m at the same circuit. Has the benefit of a good draw. Her last-start form is good enough to put her right in the finish. AGAINST THE BRIDLE (7) continued the solid form after a minor placing at Bendigo two starts ago when second last time out after he led and battled on well at Bendigo over 1 5/16m. Must overcome a very wide draw. Tackles a similar assignment and he can give this a mighty shake. KAMARAN (6) finished 11th two runs ago then broke and finished a distant last over 1 5/16m at this track at the latest appearance. Won't find this any harder and he can bounce back. CHILLHUNNYBUNNY (3) is in the mix following a respectable third at her most recent appearance over 1 ¹/16m at Ballarat.
