MILEY KAY (2) came from a wider barrier for third on debut at Melton before finding a Vicbred heat too tough at her latest appearance. Freshened since but was kept ticking over with a solid trial. Should enjoy an economical run from this draw and she is suited coming back to maiden grade. MEGALODON (1) had a tricky draw last time but is much better served here having come from similar barrier to this to place in his first two outings. Expect him to pose a serious challenge. SLOWBURN (6) didn't do a bad job when midfield in a higher-graded race last time out. Had kicked off his career with a series of top-four results and while drawn wide he'll enjoy dropping to maiden company. CAZADERO (7) strips fitter so may improve at start number two.
