SALSBOY (1) was in the money two starts ago then things went wrong last start when he broke and finished 17 metres away in seventh over 1 m at Bendigo. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Must improve his manners but a much better run is on the cards. ESPERANZA (6) finished fifth last start over 1m at Tamworth, beaten 6 metres, after a modest sixth at Newcastle the run prior. This should be an easier assignment so she is in the right race to return to form. DREAMTIME NALA (2) disappointed last time when seventh over 1 m at Bendigo. Can turn things around. DOCTOR GO JOH (5) is in the mix following a respectable third at his most recent appearance over 1 ¹/16m at Mt Gambier.
