Verdict

VESPA STRIDE (4) continued a run of decent form last week when he came from a much wider barrier and worked forward to race parked before boxing on. Better served by a lower draw and finds a winnable assignment. HESAA LISTER (9) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time when 3 metres from the winner in third at this circuit and distance. Interesting to see what unfolds from this wide draw but he is ticking along well. CARIBBEAN RUNA (1) didn't do a bad job when midfield from this barrier last week. Can be competitive. JANELLE MAY (2) didn't have the best of luck last start but recorded a series of top-four finishes prior and draws well so could play a role.
