AU2 - Globe Derby Park - Race 4

HILLTOP CRUSADER (6) could only manage to finish seventh at his latest appearance over 1 ?m at this track, a poor reflection on his short quote. Form prior to that was a better guide to his ability, including a victory over 1 ?m at this track two starts ago. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of sharp improvement. WELL WELL (5) scored at Port Pirie three runs ago. Returned to something like that form last time out when second over 1 m at Victor Harbor, beaten 2.75 metres. Good enough to put himself in the winners' stall. REACT TO BEAUTY (4) is worth another chance after a last-start ninth over 1 m at Victor Harbor a week ago. TRIGGER (2) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound third at this track over 1 ?m.
