ELLAVA PACER (4) produced a strong performance last start when she battled on bravely for a 1.5m second at this circuit and distance. Draws a few spots wider but this is winnable if things go her way. BET SHEZA LADY (5) has had two runs this prep and is yet to finish in the top three but showed improvement for fifth at Shepparton last time. That was more than five weeks ago but she she has won a trial in that time. Can measure up. SYNCOPATED SHUFFLE (1) has mixed the form a little so far this campaign but did well to place from the second line two back at Canberra. Aided by the ace draw and will be race fit now. FLEUR BELLA (6) returns to the front row and came from a similar barrier for a resuming second the last time she started from there.
