ASTRAL STRIDE (3) will find this much easier than recent attempts at Menangle. Should have no excuses from this advantageous draw having come from a similar barrier to win four back at Wagga. Ideally placed and has a strong record at this distance. TREACHEROUS BELLE (2) has been solid in each of her three starts this time in, finishing third last start at Goulburn. Draws lower and should be reaching peak fitness now. MISTER SEASIDE (5) hasn't been far away in three starts since coming from the back row to win at Temora. Player again. GO COLOUR MY WORLD (7) has won a trial since the last-start failure and had good Wagga form earlier in the campaign including a couple of wins so is worth another chance. NO ALIBI (6) has won two of three previous fresh attempts and was readied with a trial win so looking for a good return.
