Verdict

KICK THE SWITCH (8) put the writing on the wall when he came from a wide barrier for second here last start. Drawn to enjoy an economical run and the sprint lane is in play. With even luck he may prove tough to beat. MAJOR CRUNCH (6) has been racing well Albion Park, winning two back before coming from the second line for a last-start fourth. Draws wide but his form reads well for this. Last-start winner MERRY JEWEL (1) rises in grade but gets the aid of the ace draw so can be competitive again. MISTER SEASIDE (2) owns a decent record here and draws better than last week so look for improvement.
