Verdict

DRAGON (7) has been competitive of late with the win three back a nice piece of form for this and two since about as good. Not far from the winner in third over 1 m at this track last time. This looks a thinner race so he is sure to prove tough to beat. MY ULTIMATE MARIO (1) ran third last start at this track over 1 m, beaten 5.5 metres. Capable of playing a major role so has to be respected. GEM PUNTER PETE (3) is worth thought after finishing sixth first-up over 1 m at this track last time out and MISTER MANAGER (8) is also in contention although the draw makes his job a bit tougher.
