AU2 - Stawell - Race 3

WE FAVOUR ROSIE (5) scored last time out by 6 metres in a far better performance at Mt Gambier over 1 ¹/16m. Stepping up a level this time but she is capable of another big performance. FAIR CHANCE (2) turned in a poor effort by her standards last start when 11 metres away in sixth over 1 5/16m at Charlton. Form prior to that had been solid. Has the benefit of a good draw. Her recent effort is not a true indication. Good enough to put herself right in the finish. AMERICAN ASSASSIN (8) is in the mix following a fourth at his first run back over 1 ¹/16m at Ballarat. JAMES GARNER (3) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound fourth at Charlton over 1 5/16m.
