BANFF (3) had been racing consistently with a string of placings before delivering at the latest appearance when he came from a ?f handicap and scored by a nose at this circuit and distance. Up in class but starts from the front mark so can go right on with the job. Manners can be a problem for FENOMENAL (2) but he is capable on his day. Has had a let-up since breaking last time but was kept up to the mark with two nice trials. Contender. SON OF A SUN (6) was hampered by a flat tyre last time so it may pay to forgive that result and assess off a win here two back. GOOD HEART (1) could play a role from the front mark.
