PIRANI PRINCESS (3) looks close to a win after back-to-back placings at Wagga. Came from wider to be beaten less than 2m two back then had this draw when third in a higher-graded race at her latest appearance. Looks well placed. PENCIL ME IN (1) did a good job to come from the back row and finish fourth last time out, beaten 3.5 metres at Goulburn. Should enjoy an economical run from the ace draw and owns a good record at this circuit and distance. LESSISMORE (6) is another with the hoof on the till after putting two placings together at Wagga. LADY OF HOPE (2) was fourth from wider last start and should get every chance from a more favourable draw.
