WILD BULL (9) continued his impressive run of recent efforts last time out when runner-up over 1 ?m at Melton, beaten 1.3 metres. Has the ability to take this out. SHOTINTHEDARK (6) is one of the main contenders after winning his past two starts, the latest at Birchip a week ago. Difficult to ignore that sort of form. SPORTSBOU (5) is the best of the rest after finishing third over 1 ¹/16m at Stawell last time out.
