AU2 - Albion Park - Race 9

FAVREAU (3) worked from a wider draw and was hampered by a flat tyre so did well to finish third last start, beaten 2.7 metres. That gave him a win and four placings from his last five starts here. Should enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (10) continued his impressive run of recent efforts last time out when runner-up over 1 ¼m at Redcliffe, beaten 1.5 metres. May need a bit of luck at some point from this draw but the recent consistency is hard to knock. MITCHELLS RUN (9) draws on the back row but is right in contention after finishing in the placings for the second time in a row last start, beaten 1.5 metres into third at Redcliffe after missing narrowly here prior. MILLIEWOOD (6) cannot be left out after solid recent performances including a win here two back.
