HOT DEAL (6) form has been hard to fault since returning from a spell. Finished second at his latest appearance over 1 5/16m at this track, beaten 1.1 metres, on the back of a first-up win at Horsham. Leading hope based on those recent efforts. DON LOU (5) is hard to overlook after scoring first-up last start by 1.1 metres at this track over 1 5/16m. MAXY WANTS TO PLAY (1) was not a factor last start but will be ready to peak third-up from a spell from a nice draw.
