VITE MONET (9) has been tackling some decent races of late and while he was held up last time he had some decent form prior including a 3m second here two back and a win at Bathurst two starts earlier. Draws wide but he is up to winning a race like this if things go his way. BUSINESS IN HEAVEN (5) was first up for nearly four months when midfield here last week. He is a two-time second-up winner so improvement is likely. HUGO MAGUIRE (8) draws wide but is in the mix after finishing third behind the handy Nyack at this circuit and distance last time out. MICHAYWEY (4) broke at the latest appearance but produced a couple of nice efforts here prior so is worth another chance.
