AU2 - Launceston - Race 8

MY BETTOR HALF (2) was unplaced two starts ago then things went amiss last start when she broke and finished 9 metres away in fourth over 1 ¹/16m at Ballarat. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. It doesn't get any easier but she is good enough to take this out. OUR WILLOW (6) put together some minor placings then displayed pleasing improvement last start to score by a nose over 1m at Hobart on February 28. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish again. MUZZAME MATE (9) missed the placings two runs back then did a great job to finish 5 metres back in second despite breaking in the run over 1 5/16m at Carrick two weeks ago. Drawn to enjoy a cosy run but might need things to go his way at some stage. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. IRIS BROWN (7) ended last prep with a win at this track over 1 ?m ten months ago. Capable of a forward showing while fresh.
