MCGEE (8) has been excellent of late and made it two wins in a row when successful at his latest appearance, coming from the back row and getting home by 1.5 metres. That took his record at this circuit and distance to five from seven. Take beating. IZARRA (3) has taken on tougher opposition at her last couple but recorded back-to-back seconds here prior so is better placed in this line-up. DARCYS FIREBALL (4) kept his manners in check last week and performed well as runner-up. Contender. HAMMER SON (1) is proving a bit costly having been beaten as favourite in his last two outings but is capable of better.
