GROSESTAR (1) was good here last week when he drew wide on the back row in a higher-graded race and was only 5m off the winner. He is much better served by the ace draw and has strong claims off back-to-back wins at this circuit earlier in the campaign, one of them from this barrier. ARTFUL PRINCE (8) scored a win at this circuit and distance last month and has been competitive since, drawing a similar barrier to this last time and racing parked but sticking on when 3.5 metres from the winner in third. Big chance with even luck. DRAKAINA (4) hasn't raced since September but has been readied with two trials and is proven at this circuit and distance. Can open this campaign with a positive effort. BETTOR KEEP ROCKING (2) has been coming from the back row of late so could do better from this more favourable draw.
