FRANKYTHEFRENCHMAN (6) had been racing well with a string of seconds before landing a well-deserved at this circuit and distance last week, leading from a similar draw and going on to score by 1.4m. Expect him to push forward again so could go on with it now that he has broken through. ALDEBARAN ZANE (10) switches from Victoria where he broke when tackling a higher-graded race last time. Had come from the back row to win two in a row prior. Draws wide but is good enough to win this with manners. PRINCESS DU FER (3) continues to perform well with three top-four results since a win at this circuit and distance. Good again when runner-up to Frankythefrenchman last week and draws to be competitive. FLASH KYVALLEY (8) is a newcomer to the Ian Wilson yard from Queensland where he placed three back at Albion Park. Could measure up.
