MAESTRO (10) is going well, with a win two starts ago then a game third last time out over 1 ?m at Globe Derby Park where he broke in the run home after making contact with a rival's sulky. Needs to get it right to beat this field but he is up to the job. ANTONOV (6) is right in the mix after finishing runner-up for the second time in a row last start, beaten 6 metres at this track after he raced outside the leader at the bell. Ideally placed to go one better. JUST AS I AM (8) is the best of the rest after finishing fifth over 1 ¹/16m at Melton last time out. Should find this line-up slightly easier and can finish in the top-three.
