POPPY POPSTAR (9) finished runner-up last start, beaten 1.4 metres, in a far better performance at Echuca over 1 5/16m. Finds a nice race and will be a major force once more. METRO SWISH (7) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time when 1.75 metres from the winner in second over 1 ¹/16m at Ballarat. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position. Good enough to take out a race like this. ARZALI (6) has trialled four times since his last run so expect he is forward enough to stake a strong claim fresh from a layoff. BOUTIKA (8) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.
