TICKELOVA (11) is bred to be good but hasn't lived up to that so far. Battled on well to hold second last start over 4 ½f at Newcastle, beaten half a length when resuming. Should get a nice run all the way and can show what he's made of. SASQUA (2) returns from a break of six-and-a-half months after a fair campaign but never really looking likely. The recent trial suggested he should be given another chance. KAHINA (8) four-year-old mare making debut by Tassort out of Eminence. Third in a recent trial and worth watching for any market confidence. GOD'S WINTER ROSE (7) daughter of Danerich from Held Together on debut. Fitter for a recent trial placing and stable have a strong strike rate with the first starters. Should be primed for this.
