Verdict

The majority are mixing form but ECLIPSION (5) was runner-up two back in easier then poor in a tougher race at Townsville latest. Extra trip a plus and placed only try at Mackay. Wiggins is aboard and can feature on best. BATEMANS BAY (2) was sixth over 1m at Rockhampton last time out. Eternity since a win but a leading rider goes on and will be storming home late. SAVVY THINKER (8) has a tricky gate but this is easier and has had a change of rider. The trip suits and despite the draw can roll forward and give a sight. GONCALO (13) won't find this any easier but drops nicely in the weights and has good early speed to take up the running. Can give a sight at odds on run two back.
