GENTLE GIANT (3) led clearly then had to dig deep to just hang on over 1 ?m at the Kensington track last start. Has only raced twice so there is a stack of upside. Gai and Adrian will have him pumped to get this longer trip so stick with him as he goes through the grades. STITZER (13) is yet to fill a placing in four starts. Started favourite against Gentle Giant in town last time and cut his margin to 1.5 lengths on the line after coming from well back. Looking for 1 ¼m or more and although out of his grade this looks a winnable race. LEGASELLI (11) raced handy then proved a shade too strong for Von Hoven (engaged in Race 3) over the mile here recently. Strong through the line that day so getting out to 1 ¼m looks the logical next step. LUNA BAY (6) whacked away to just miss the placings over 1m at Goulburn last start. Fitter for two runs back and the extra 2f helps. ROBBED BY ROB (10) was less than two lengths from Gentle Giant last time and is not out of contention.
