ETCHED IN TIME (1) made it two wins on the trot when he came with a powerful finish to score over today's journey at Newcastle a fortnight ago. Back in class and with Grima's claim comes in nicely. No reason he cannot win again. KIRKUK (9) started favourite but after settling last in the small field could only manage to finish fourth over 6 ½f here last time out. Yet to prove himself at this distance but he took a while to stoke up last start so the mile might be what he now needs. AUDENZIA (6) is loving the 7f journey at Kembla, winning her first two races this prep then closing well for third in a BM64 most recently. Has placed here at the mile and the extra furlong comes at the right time of the prep. COSMIC LAD (2) got going late when resuming over 7f at Newcastle last start. Likely improver although a wide gate doesn't help the cause. YABBY PUMP (7) has been disappointing of late but might be worth one more chance coming back in trip.
